Registration for the 2015 New Jersey State Triathlon is now open! Here is a little information about the event:
When competing in the New Jersey State Triathlon, there are tons of perks to enjoy. Perks include a commemorative technical shirt and swim cap, a custom finisher’s medal, a Fantastic Finish Line party complete with music, complementary massages, prizes, food and a Beer Garden.
Other perks include vanity bibs for license plates and a free port a potty or tent if there are 20 or more members. There is also a Club Corner provided for team who wants set up shop at a tent in the center of it all! The Club Corner will be along the Finish Line where teams can gather for fun, socializing and tailgating. To reserve your Club Corner spot, email the New Jersey State Triathlon at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Running For Charity
You can decide to run for yourself and your favorite charity by joining Team Up 4 Charity””. Each group that runs for a charity not only raises funds for their cause but they encourage others to make friends and reach their endurance goals.
If you don’t want to participate in the 2015 New Jersey Triathlon as a competitor, but want to participate in other ways, you can volunteer. Volunteers will get to experience what it is behind the scenes at the races. They will also lend support as finish line “cheerleaders” for runners.
Also, if you have a charity, team or club you are raising money for the New Jersey Triathlon will make a generous donation in return for your willingness to donate your time during the races; and if you volunteer and then decide to race, the New Jersey Triathlon offers the Race4Free program which will allow you to volunteer and help the CGI team to set up or strike the event.
New Jersey State Triathlon
There are many different races you can sign up for like the Individual, Relay Sprint, the Individual Olympic Distance, and the Olympic Distance Relay. The New Jersey Triathlon race day is July 18th and July 19th of 2015. Races will start at 7:30 AM sharp for on both days. This is the largest triathlon in the state, and is one of the top 25 largest in the nation! Races sell out every year, so the sooner you regeister, the better.
